Job Description
HR Force International is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for one of our clients, providing comprehensive administrative support to executives. As an Executive Assistant, you will ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support to senior management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents
- Develop and maintain technical tools
- Implement projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to achieve business goals
- Maintain documentation and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of technical or administrative experience
