Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters to management and staff.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
