Opportunity Level: Entry / Junior Level
Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 am
Salary: 45,00 to 55,00 pkr
About Us:
Mavericks United is seeking an Administrative and Procurement Assistant to support office operations and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage procurement documents and contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services.
- Manage office events and supplies inventory.
- Support finance department with invoices and expenses.
- Organize files, schedule meetings, and assist in policy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative or procurement roles.
- Strong procurement and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- High school diploma required; degree preferred.
