Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The PM will lead Agile ceremonies, focusing on JIRA for stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, Scrum Masters, and dev teams to define project scope, managed in JIRA.
- Create project plans, timelines, and releases using JIRA Agile Project management.
- Align project goals with business objectives and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and foster Agile best practices.
- Encourage transparent communication and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in fintech with understanding of financial technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or relevant certifications are a plus.
