Job Description
Job Brief:
The position will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies to enhance decision-making processes within the Company. This position will lead a team of BI professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective use of data and analytics to support business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the leadership team and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards
- Oversee BI platform implementation
- Lead and mentor high-performing BI analysts & data engineers
- Establish data governance policies and procedures
- Improve data quality and consistency
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science
- 10-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
- Strong understanding of data management, governance, and business analytics
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in BI tools and technologies
