Role Description:
Full-time HR Manager role in Rawalpindi. Responsible for HR aspects like recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Manage records, payroll, benefits, and ensure labor law compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR functions and laws
- Recruitment experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office
Certification in HR management is a plus.
