Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various sales channels
- Conduct needs analysis and match clients with coworking solutions
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations emphasizing benefits
- Negotiate and close deals with mutually beneficial terms
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or coworking sector

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
