Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various sales channels
  • Conduct needs analysis and match clients with coworking solutions
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations emphasizing benefits
  • Negotiate and close deals with mutually beneficial terms
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or coworking sector
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Confidence, assertiveness, and self-motivation
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
