Role:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guide customers, boost sales, and enhance experiences. Full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.
Role Type: Permanent (On-site)
Timings: 2 PM – 10 PM PST
Location: 328 L-Block Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
– Conduct product demos
– Onboard new customers
– Enhance customer relationships
– Upsell and cross-sell features
– Collect and analyze feedback
Qualifications:
– Shopify experience is a plus
– CSR or support background preferred
– Passion for customer success
– Proficient in Jira, Slack, Intercom
– Marketing or sales degree
