Job Description
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Requirements: BBA/MBA in HRM, or a related field
Job Overview: A proactive individual with recruitment cycle expertise, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills is needed.
Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, develop recruitment strategies, build candidate relationships, use recruiting tools effectively, achieve targets, and demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and expertise in HR concepts.
