Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Level -1 support for all IT related issues.
- Proper escalation of unresolved issues to L2 (Internal) team according to guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries within SLA’s.
- Follow-up with users to ensure issue resolution.
- First point of contact for technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and ensure proper logging.
- Record incidents and problems in logs.
- Prioritize and manage open issues.
- Assist off-site technical staff.
- Support projects/tasks from Team Lead.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of computer systems and tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Expertise in systems administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, networking, and hardware.
- Functional knowledge of server and MAC troubleshooting.
- Configuration of IP based Phones, Printers/Scanners, and Oracle apps.
- Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Interface.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
- BE/BSc/BS in IT or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Level-1 support.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician/Support Engineer.
