We at Hadayat & Co. are the exclusive distributors of Benjamin Moore Paints USA in Pakistan and Manufacturers of AURA Paints. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our business forward.
Job Title: Sales Manager – Paints Division
Company: Hadayat & Co.
Location: DHA Phase 8 Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
Basic Salary Package: PKR 130,00/- to 150,00/-
Position Overview: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and contractors across Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales and networking within the paints industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Nurture relationships with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research.
- Lead and motivate sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in paints industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Extensive networking capabilities.
- Minimum Education: MBA or BBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
