Job Description
- To review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
- To facilitate interaction and workflow among key team members to ensure timely deliverables
- To collaborate, problem solve, and strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.
- To reach and train clients on tasks as needed by clients.
- To work proactively and get the issues sorted beforehand.
- To make sure clients are using the software to the best of their ability.
- To reduce the client tickets as much as possible.
- To prepare documentation or visuals of campaign performance for the client.
- To work with sales teams to boost customer referrals.
- To establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.
- To develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices.
- To communicate effectively with the relevant teams to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
- To serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity.
- To maintain existing customer-success metrics and data.
