Job Description

Coordinate and oversee the efficient transportation and delivery of goods. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments. Maintain accurate documentation and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the warehouse layout is optimized for efficient storage and retrieval of products.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with the inventory management system.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.
• Oversee and guide a team of warehouse employees, managing the team and monitoring their work.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and optimal staffing levels.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Manage relationships with shipping and logistics partners.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, audits, and other supply chain activities.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
