Job Description

Position: Junior Manager Production Planning and Control
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Textile Engineering/Supply Chain Management
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in Retail Industry)
Job Role:
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align production plans with business goals.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products, identifying and addressing any quality issues.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Involve in production planning and budgeting.
