Job Description
Position Summary: ACE Money Transfer is looking for an experienced Fraud Monitoring Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should specialize in fraud detection using Fraud Centre MasterCard Connect. Responsibilities include monitoring transactions, investigating fraud, and implementing prevention strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions using Fraud Centre MasterCard Connect
- Conduct investigations on suspected fraud
- Develop fraud prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other departments on fraud prevention
- Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents
- Stay updated on fraud trends
- Respond to fraud alerts promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of fraud detection experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fraud detection software
