We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service and Support Lead to join our team in Karachi and help us continue to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service and Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves leading, training, and mentoring the team, as well as handling escalated customer issues and working closely with other stakeholders to improve processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service operations.
  • Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement to senior management.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with the eCommerce industry in the international market will be preferred,

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: DHA, Phase V, Karachi (Onsite)

Working Hours: : 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (PKT) : 12:30pm to 7:30pm (PKT)
