Job Description
“QA/QC Quality Manager” required in Lahore.
Job Location (On site): Wahdat Road, Lahore
Salary: 125,00-170,00
Timings: Mon – Sat (First Shift)
Qualification:
- Must have BSc or MSc in Engineering (Management / Industrial)
- Must have at least 5-8 years of Quality Assurance Experience with Auto Industry
Job Duties:
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes for auto spare parts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing training and support to maintain high performance standards
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency
- Address and resolve quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and provide regular reports on quality performance to senior management
