Job Description
Associate Electrical is responsible to assist in maintenance of all Electrical activities of the plant for cost effective and smooth production of the plant. Responsible for day to day operations of executing planned or conditional maintenance activities according to planned schedule. Job holder has to work under strict timelines and has to handle conditional breakdowns with the coordination of other departments. The position requires considerable concentration and creativity to achieve maximum overall equipment efficiency.

Qualification and Experience:
Intermediate (pre-engineering) / DAE with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role is preferable.

Vacancy Description
- Responsible for electrical and maintenance of plant equipment Like VFD,Motors,DOL, to ensure smooth functioning of the machines.
- Responsible for planned maintenance of equipment for trouble free operations of plant equipment.
- To perform activities of instruments installation and commission for new projects.
- Optimize the utilization of spare parts to make maintenance cost effective.
- To formulate any modification in machine as recommended by Supervisors
- To coordinate with production department for on time maintenance of machine
- Minimize break downs of production equipment, in order to achieve production targets.
- Coordinating with Production department for executing the planned maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with Team leader Electrical for maintaining inventory of required instruments, for any emergency handling.
- During emergencies or shut down of units, is responsible for the coordination of all activities
