Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & managing the mailbox related to service calls.
- Meet various client service requests.
- Understanding the scope of work and the requirements.
- Act as a bridge between a client and the resource.
- Creating and ensuring all ticket information is shared and entered correctly.
- Ensuring that the information to all other departments is shared correctly and timely.
- Coordination with the resources.
- Ensuring that 100% of the service calls are entertained in the best manner.
- Issue Mitigation / Resolving Escalations.
Requirements:
- Service Delivery management experience with a record of superior client satisfaction.
- Effectively manage resources in a matrix organization to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Ability to work in multiple teams and motivate others to perform above normal expectations.
- Proven team player w/outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and excellent attention to detail with exceptional follow through.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
