Job Description
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2+ years prior banking experience is required
- 2+ years of strong experience developing Oracle APEX applications, Advanced PL/SQL and Database skills, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, CSS & HTML, Python and Oracle EBS
- Solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capable of designing and developing user-friendly, modern-looking, customized solutions using Oracle APEX applications that meet client requirements and maximizes user efficiency
- Capable of leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and support
- Able to develop complex web applications using Oracle APEX
- Able to implement and maintain web application architecture and design patterns
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to seek out creative solutions
- Ability to maintain documentation on all work products and code bases
- Ability to truly internalize the business need of a solution and build toward a functional goal
- An awareness of data privacy, security concerns, and possible vulnerabilities
- Develop and integrate systems using REST APIs
- Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a cross-functional array of teams, technical and non-technical
