Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Officer to join our team at LALA Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the genomics and healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the genomics and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in genomics, biotechnology, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of genome sequencing technologies.
