Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, preparing agendas, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with company events.
2. Communication: Acting as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and greeting guests professionally.
3. Document Management: Reviewing and editing documents, ensuring proper filing, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
4. Office Management: Overseeing office supplies and daily operations.
5. Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in administrative coordination and strong communication skills
