Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Set and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives for a motivated and capable sales force. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
• Market Development: Expand distribution channels and enhance market penetration in the South Region. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Sales Operations Management: Monitor and manage sales budgets. Utilize sales data for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure sales activities compliance, prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
