Job Description
Planning, designing, and launching all Complaint Management framework/guidelines and projects.
Ensure that the bank’s standards align with market best practices.
Review branches to assess and drive appropriate customer service behaviors.
Establish a detailed mechanism for the smooth running of the Complaint Handling unit.
Assist in designing complaint forms for better customer understanding.
Assist in monthly analytic dashboard creation.
Conduct training need analysis to determine complaint and quality-related training programs.
Ensure timely reporting to SBP for complaints returns.
Keep proper records of reports.
