Capability Requirements:
- Basic Understanding of Talent Processes; Talent Management and L&D side. (Pls note we are not looking for Talent Acquisition expertise)
- Has Worked on Employer Branding and supported EVP initiatives with experience in working on Canva/Adobe.
- Basic understanding of Handling social media and reporting.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Someone who is passionate about creativity and brings in new ideas.
