Job Description
Overview: Partnership with shift floor labor supervisor to ensure labor presence and material availability on production lines. Provide leadership, coordinate workloads, monitor production targets, and foster a culture of safety.
Responsibilities: Plant Production Operations:
- Availability of material on production lines as per plan
- Ensure adequate labor including packers/helpers on lines
- Utilize labor hours efficiently for product yields
- Conformance to production targets and compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and issue duty rosters
- Maintain housekeeping, quality, and safety standards
Engagement: Advocate PepsiCo Behaviors, lead OHS planning, drive engagement initiatives, and maintain industrial peace.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering/Food Technologist, 2-3 years experience in a similar role with ER/IR exposure.
