Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. The manager will also be responsible for creating sales strategies and conducting market research.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and business development techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and proactivity.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry, particularly in Karachi and the surrounding areas, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
