Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager at MaxRemind Inc in Rawalpindi. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance, resolving customer issues and inquiries, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and acting as a liaison between clients and the company.
