Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative at Arrivals Canada Immigration Consultancy. Responsibilities include client communication, follow-ups, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients
- Respond to emails promptly
- Conduct follow-ups with clients
- Assist with data entry and file management
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
