Job Description
Experience: 2 years
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, manage day-to-day office operations, and oversee communication channels.
- Handle document management, vendor relationships, HR tasks, events planning, and finance support.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, liaise with external partners, and submit timely reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in senior-level admin support or office management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
