Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare Month end work including Cost VS Actuals, Petty Cash, Sale Register, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Manage payroll by checking, updating, and distributing monthly salary.
- Update sale register daily.
- Maintain daily books of accounts.
- Release daily Bank report and other MIS.
- Maintain petty cash working.
- Get weekly approvals for expenses and payments.
- Costing & Budgeting.
- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statement.
- Generate Reports (Sales & Financials).
- File Monthly Returns (Withholding Tax Detail, Submission to Tax Departments).
- Handle Inland Procurement & Import Formalities.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Prepare Monthly Payables & Receivable Schedule.
- Deal with banks.
