Job Description
Rolustech is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements.
- Analyze and document complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and solution refinement.
Expertise you will bring to the role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements-gathering and business process modeling.
- Experience in Agile environments, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.
- Experience with Zendesk, Asana, & Figma tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience required: 6+ years
- Education Required: BSCS, BSIT, or relevant degree.
