Job Description
Your role as the Senior Enterprise Account Manager is to be responsible for Enterprise trading activities, maintaining relationships with partners, and developing new opportunities to grow direct margin. Act as a liaison between Monty Mobile & clients, formulate strategic ideas, and integrate products/services into the market.
Main Tasks
- Generate new SMS & OMNI Channel sales leads.
- Develop sales activities to grow revenues and margin.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Acquire new partners and customers.
- Implement contracts from signature to deployment.
- Handle day-to-day sales activities.
- Work towards achieving targets set by management.
- Attend industry events to network and represent the Business Unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Telecom Engineering.
- 4+ years of Account Manager experience in Sales Enterprise.
- Proficiency in Local Language and English.
- Knowledge of enterprise SMS sales market.
- Time & Budget Management skills.
