Job Description
ConnAct is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our employees. If you have a passion for HR and are ready to take on a dynamic role, we want to hear from you.
Experience: 2-3 Years (Inbound, outbound & designing unit)
Timings: 8pm to 5am (Night Shift)
Location: Fortune Towers, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Requirements:
- HR experience, especially in call centers
- Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
- Fluency in English Communication
- Dealing with Domestic/International Candidates
- Preferred for night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and on-boarding (International & Domestic)
- Policy compliance and record maintenance
