Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Requirement Analysis to develop comprehensive features and products in an agile environment.
- Wireframing and hands-on experience are essential.
- Manage product backlog flawlessly with feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to achieve business objectives.
- Possess excellent communication skills to align stakeholders on product development.
- Enhance processes and solutions within the product domain.
- Ideate creative solutions emphasizing cost, usability, and quality.
- Hands-on software development experience across various web and mobile stacks.
- Report to the Head of Engineering for business goal attainment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Physiology, or related fields.
- 1-2 years experience in Business Analysis managing end-to-end requirements.
- Persistent interest in product landscape, user experience, and design thinking.
- Prior development experience is necessary.
