This is an on-site role located in Lahore for someone committed to hard work and quality customer service.

Role Description:

As a Print Production Planner, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively coordinating company resources for the production of printed materials. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. Your duties will include analyzing job orders, creating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with production teams, vendors, and clients for quality assurance. You will also be responsible for communicating project status to relevant stakeholders and adjusting production processes as necessary. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be able to adhere to strict deadlines, and have a strong background in commercial printing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• 3-5 years of experience working in print production.
• Knowledge of printing and pre-press procedures, technology, production processes, end products, and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and production planning software is desirable.
• Ability to analyze job orders, develop production schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure quality control.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
