Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cab Dispatcher located in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers to transport passengers to their desired location. You will work closely with drivers and customers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in dispatching or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good computer skills, knowledge of basic office software, and data entry skills are required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
