Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Sales Controller to join our team in Islamabad. As a Zonal Sales Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, implementing strategies, and driving sales growth within the assigned zone.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets and meet organizational goals.
- Managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and coaching for their development.
- Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving sales objectives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. An understanding of the Islamabad market and experience in the retail industry would be an advantage.
