Position: Technical Recruiter

We are urgently hiring a Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, persistence, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing technical candidates, managing the recruitment cycle, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
