Objectives of this Role:
Your main responsibility will be to find and attract clients. This may involve cold-calling, sending emails, following up on leads, conducting indoor and outdoor meetings, organizing open house events, marketing, and presenting business ideas to individuals, investor groups, and other interested parties.
What is your Role / Job Description?
- Finding, sourcing, and identifying investors with property and investment needs.
- Generating revenue by achieving internal and external project sales targets.
- Maintaining communication with clients through meetings, calls, emails, and WhatsApp to keep them updated about the latest developments in the product and market.
- Securing project sales deals by advertising, marketing, promoting, preparing, and presenting project offerings and proposals to clients.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of the real estate and property market to stay ahead of the competition and achieve successful closings.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate product and market knowledge, particularly in the field of project sales.
- Coordinating with the Client Care Department to handle paperwork related to receipts, sale agreements, CPRs, etc.
What do you Need?
- Education: Graduation/Masters degree.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in project selling. Candidates from the Telecom, FMCG, and Banking industries are also encouraged to apply.
