Job Description

· Design, install, and configure internal and customer-facing servers, network devices, and firewalls.
· Proactively manage and maintain server, network, and firewall systems.
· Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
· Define and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions for a hands-off environment.
· Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.
· Assist with vendor evaluation and mentor team members on new technologies.
· Interact with vendors and staff at the technical level.
- Requires more than 7 years of experience as a Senior System Administrator.
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language and LAN/WAN networks.
- Strong understanding of system security techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Team management abilities and adaptability to changing environments.
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area.
- Must be organized and able to manage projects effectively.
