Job Description
A Patient Support Executive plays a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to patients throughout their healthcare journey. They are responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for patients by addressing their concerns, coordinating appointments, and providing information about medical procedures and treatments.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact and provide timely support to patients
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers
- Answer patient inquiries and provide accurate information about medical procedures and treatments
- Ensure patient records are accurate and updated
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patients receive appropriate care
