Job Description:
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff with recommendations for action.
- Advise on investment activities and develop company strategies.
- Maintain financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and performance against business plans.
- Create financial trends and projections.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities through reviews and evaluations.
- Manage finance department operations, set goals, and oversee budget preparation.
- Liaison with auditors to monitor company finances.
- Correspond with other departments to align on company plans.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
· Previous roles as a financial analyst in the financial sector.
· Strong understanding of financial trends and market patterns.
· Proficiency in finance software and financial statistics.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
· Familiarity with accounting principles and statutory regulations.
