Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Assistance: Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing projects.
- Client Interaction: Assist in communication with clients and manage project expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to facilitate project progress.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Resource Support: Aid in coordinating resources for project success.
- Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to meet quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential project issues.
- Process Improvement: Implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Enrolled or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello is a plus.
- Previous internship experience in marketing or digital agency desirable.
- Interest in SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends.
