Job Description
Ready to dive into the world of finance? Gain invaluable skills and insights as a finance trainee. Accelerate your career in accounting & finance and learn from the seniors. The Trainee will support the team and get hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts management & Admin Management.
Employment type: Up to 3 months leading to Permanent Role
Office Timings 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hours on site, last 2 hours can be remote) Monday to Friday onsite
Below are the details:
- Bookkeeping and follow-up payments, ledger maintenance, day-book management using QuickBooks.
- Assisting back-office for handling back-office operations (candidate on-boarding, contract paperwork, candidate setup in QuickBooks etc.)
- Assisting back-office in managing, processing, and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.
- Create standard calculation templates in MS Excel as per management request using different filters and formulas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- May require liaison with the bank.
- Knowledge / Hands-on experience on ERP (nice to have).
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective methods.
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
- Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of MS Office such as Excel (must-have).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of data privacy standards.
