Job Description
Company: ieng Group
Department: O&M
- Check the availability of security guards at various sites.
- Handle the security log books of the sites.
- Assess the security level of sites monthly and submit reports to the supervisor or manager, with verification from previous security companies to hire security guards.
- Ensure m-iTSM usage of the security module.
- Ensure timely salary payments to all guards.
- Conduct site auditing, checking fuel quantity, and ensuring security of other equipment.
- Report problematic guards to the Line Manager monthly.
- Provide urgent access to field technicians in case of any access issue at the site.
- Visit sites with clients in case of serious theft, and impose penalties in such cases.
- Submit complete incident reports to all stakeholders.
- Responsible for dealing with the police, submitting details for proper action.
- Follow up on the site access procedure.
- Submit weekly reports to the supervisor.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required (B.A).
Experience:
- 3-4 years of technical experience in security, preferably in the Telecom Industry, or
- Experience in the police or army field.
Must be familiar with MS Office and communication tools like emails.
