Job Description:
Overview: Hexa is seeking a versatile and experienced Program Operations Lead to manage a critical project. This role combines HR management, data analytics, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee recruitment processes, handle employee inquiries, and monitor performance.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Analyze project data, create reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main client contact, provide solutions, and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s/Masters in Business Administration, HR, Data Science, or related field.
Experience: Min. 5 years in a similar role with emphasis on HR, analytics, and client management.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership abilities.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills.
