Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the data analyst team to interpret and analyze various reports.
- Extract meaningful insights from data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Utilize findings from report analysis to contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to implement data-driven strategies for customer retention, product revitalization, and overall sales growth.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales within the division.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of products, customers, and sales representatives against set targets.
- Liaise with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Provide insights to support collaborative decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales analysis or similar role within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
