Job Description
We are looking for a Manager Utilities & Maintenance for one of our leading clients in the Packaging industry.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing maintenance and reliability of mechanical systems and utilities at the Plant to achieve Co.’s profitability targets.
- Drive overall productive maintenance, OEE, and reduce machine downtimes while ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high safety standards and comply with all applicable laws and policies.
- Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards for safety, machine reliability, productivity, and cost improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Min. B.E. Mechanical
- 7 years experience in Mechanical Maintenance, preferably in a 24/7 Manufacturing Set Up.
- Functional Skills: Machine Design, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Proficiency in SAP PM Module, Strong Technological Orientation.
- Other Skills: Agility, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking, Quality Consciousness.
