Role Description
The Solution Consulting Lead role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore. As a Solution Consulting Lead at Addo, your responsibilities include leading a team of consultants to deliver high-quality technical solutions to clients. This role is crucial for driving growth and success for Addo. You will engage in client meetings, conduct presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on technical solutions
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing consultant teams
- Experience in business development and sales, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, and deal closure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and solutions to clients
- Strong problem-solving skills with a timely issue resolution capability
- Experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies is a plus
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
